Depending on the amount of detail and specific requests you wish for, the final price will vary depending on the amount of work requested. $35 is the lowest price I can offer provided there isn’t an excessive amount of details necessary. If your Avatar contains an excessive amount of Materials for each part of your Avatar (such as more than 4 Materials), expect to pay more.

If it’s a personalized Texture, I will provide you a personalized Unity Package that includes the Materials and Textures already set up for you to apply to your Avatar immediately. However, it is expected that you know how to upload your Avatar to VRChat using the Unity Editor and the VRChat SDK.

No. I will refuse any requests to upload the Avatar to your account on your behalf, as that introduces more responsibilities that I unfortunately cannot provide. You, as the consumer, are wholly responsible for uploading and maintaining your Avatar to your VRChat Account through Unity.

If you do not know how to upload an Avatar, I’ll be more than willing to provide you with appropriate resources on how to do so.

To comply with multiple TOS guidelines, I will only work on Avatars that both the Consumer and the Artist (me) legally have access to. I will refuse any request to receive any Paid Avatar that I do not own from you, as it is just wrong.

Absolutely! If it’s indeed a FREE Avatar Base, send me a message so that we can discuss further details on the one you wish for me to work on.

I will invoice you for the total amount of work needed upfront once the project starts. You must pay the invoice within 7 days of receipt. You are required to pay the invoice if you wish to receive any files from me.

If you fail to pay the invoice within the amount of time and without any advance notice, I will outright drop the project and may block you from future commissions from me.

If you decide to hire my services, you hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• I will provide you the finished files for you to use. This will include a Unity Package with all the Materials, Textures, and a fully setup Prefab of the Avatar with your Textures attached to it and ready to upload immediately.
• I will NOT upload your Avatar on your behalf whatsoever as that invokes additional responsibilities from me. You are hereby responsible for uploading your Avatar to your VRChat Account through Unity after your piece is finished. If you are not well-versed in Unity, I’m willing to provide instructions to you on how to Upload it.
• NO REFUNDS! If I’m asked to redo a texture that was already completed, I will invoke double the charges necessary. Please be sure your request is exactly what you want when I request feedback from you!
• Constant communication is mandatory. This is so that I can gather feedback. It is vital that you keep me updated on any changes you need during the process.
• My Working Days are Mon-Fri. I may not work on commissions from Sat-Sun.
• Assuming the Texture is completed, I may post screenshots of your Avatar on my Website to showcase in my Portfolio. Your Name may be seen in public view. However, I can keep your name Anonymous at request if you wish.
• I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE COMMISSION REQUESTS. If your character is too complex or request me to texture for something that either breaks the Rules or is NSFW, I will decline.

Commercial Substance Templates

• I will require any necessary source files for me to work with, including the model, so that I can build your Template with your requested design(s) at the highest quality.
• As it is Commercial Tier, it is assumed that I am obtaining a legal copy of the finished product that you will sell to your customers. This is required so that I can set up your Templates in a professional manner and in addition, provide the best Quality Assurance support I can offer to your customers on the finished product.
• Constant communication is mandatory. This is so that I can gather feedback. It is vital that you keep me updated on any changes you need during the process and any additional requests if necessary.
• Assuming the Template is completed, I may post screenshots of the finished product posted on my Website to showcase in my Portfolio.
• Commercial Tier Commissions are always prioritized above all else.
